Hello everyone
As you can see from the subject line, the university is making a last minute change to the final exam location. You will now be asked to wait in the same congregating area as before, but now we will be going into the Central gym rather than the West gym. I have spoken to Gaye Stewart and she has assured me that there will be adequate signage as well as people to direct you to the proper location.
So, the upshot is this: consult the original directions I sent out and follow the signs to the exam waiting area. Instead of the doors to the West gym being opened at 3:30, the doors to the Central gym will be opened for you at that time. And once again, if you have time, a test run isn't a bad idea to make sure you can find the location.

Subject: change in gym location for exam in westgym
Hi all,
We have had to make a last minute change in gyms for the 1117 Fall exams. All exams scheduled in westgym will now be held in the central gym. This should not cause a problem for students as they line up for their exams in front of the central gym. It will be easy for us to redirect them into the central gym instead of westgym. Attached is a list of the courses involved. Note: The seating plan for the central gym will be the same as for westgym. We will also post a note on the TV monitors concerning this change.
