Re: COS Recommendations for Higher Ed.
We have Employees, Students, Alumni, Retiree, Special, Test, Resources, NewAdmits, Groups. Test is for testing zimlets, themes, settings..etc. NewAdmits is for future use..for some reason, someone thinks it's a good idea to make accounts for students that apply and are admitted, but may not necessarily come here. It's not fully in use yet, but will probably be soon. Groups are a carry-over from our old system where we have sponsored accounts that multiple people have access to. We are in the process of re-defining that idea.

What Class of Service groups has the list been using from Zimbra?
I'm considering creating a separate COS for each graduating class,
faculty and staff. As well as one for IT, domain administrators and
system administrators as well as other for those who don't fit elsewhere.
