Re: Zimbra and Skype Firefox Plugin Problems

  I wonder if the Skype plugin messes with the CSS at all - if they do and don't observe the Zimbra dynamic styles, they'll mess things up. We found that out here at Wayne State: our folks went in branding things but didn't realize that what they were changing - what they thought were static styles, were actually manifestations of dynamic style controls elsewhere in the code. We had the "incredible missings" everywhere!

I don't know if this is affecting anyone else but now that faculty and students are coming back, our Support Center here is starting to get calls that Zimbra folders are disappearing.

It seems that a new Skype plugin for Firefox 3.x on Windows workstations is breaking the Zimbra Advanced client.  Disabling or removing the plugin resolves the problem.
