Just a heads up in case you have people on your campus starting to upgrade to Mountain Lion. There is a pretty bad problem with CalDAV/iCal. The workarounds that we have read about and tried have not worked for us.
If anyone on the list has found a workaround that actually works, I'd love to hear it.
