Customer can not attach email......

Using: Zimbra 7.1.1 NE

Unless one shuts off the option to "compose in new window" the customer can not attach an email to a new email.   

Query_Parse_Error is what I can see and that is at the client side.   Found only one instance on this in the zimbra forums but no answer was given on how to resolve it.  I also did a restore of the customers account and it also possesses that issue.

Any suggestions?
