Maybe I'm just paranoid, but I have such misgivings over handing my
email hosting over to a third party.  Sure, a lot of the headache and
expense goes away, but now you have privacy issues, and possible
support nightmares.

I met an admin at Puppet Camp last year.  He told me that he saved his
institution 14K a year by moving to GMail. Sounds attractive, but I
just cant swallow the possible consequences.
