Owner: Juan Valdez
Juan Valdez is a third generation coffee farmer. His grandfather started exporting coffee in El Salvador in 1920, and in 1940 his parents started producing coffee at Finca La Fuente, in the Marcala municipality of Colombia. Creamy, sweet and clean with a coating mouthfeel. Elegant floral aroma, brown sugar sweetness with notes of almonds, shortbread and chocolate with a hint of melon.

Asprounion is home to a pretty incredible community. It is made up of long time coffee producers — men, women, sisters, sons, cousins — all of whom have crafted this product for many years. Whilst steeped in that history, they have come to a place where they want to make a new and progressive step. Caramel, creamy body, green apple acidity, mandarin, balanced, medium to heavy bodied, rich.
