- ISC’s Internet Domain—This site claims to show the Internet’s growth in real time.
- Virtually Vancouver Online—This is an interesting commercial site that allows you to visit selected areas of the city through Apple’s Quicktime VR technology.
- Hipnotika—If you have Flash, a high-bandwidth connection, and decent speakers, take the time to visit this awe-inspiring site.
- Internet Archive (Wayback Machine)—This site allows you to go back in time on the Web. You can see how a selection of institutional web sites used to look (back to 1996).
- Ethics in Computing—This site offers a good selection of thoughtful articles and essays on topics related to ethics in computing.
- Virgina Shear's "Netiquette" (Inter"Net" Etiquette).
