Course Description

In this course, students develop a critical understanding of Web Design and will be guided to create their own WebSite.

While it is expected that students will learn about new applications during the course, a basic level of knowledge and computer literacy is assumed and required.

Expectations

You will need to have internet access to complete many of the assignments in this course. Therefore, you should have internet access at home or be at school in your time during the week.

You should download the trial version of Dreamweaver ( for one month) when we start this section ; You are expected to create and use the blogs for on-line activities.(introduction and closure for each class)

You will need to activate your email account (if you have not done so already) and create a blog at the beginning of the semester and check it on a regular basis each day.

Students are expected to attend all classes, to seriously engage with the themes and issues related to the course, and to actively participate in exercises.

Course Work and Evaluation

Class attendance is required. Marks will be deducted for more than two classes missed.
- HTML task :20%

- Project 1(30%)

- Project 2(30%)

- Attendence and in class participation (20%)
