User Task 3

During the user testing, all the process seems easy and intuitive. The biggest challenge was encountered when the user attempt to create/save the selected contacts into a new list.

The user was unable to find the required button as it was hidden from sight below the contact information.

1. Click on “Email” tab

2. Click on “Create List” tab

3. Check 10 different names

4. Look around for a “Create” or “Save” button

5. Click on “Advance” button

6. Look around for a “Create” or “Save” button

7. Click on “Download to Excel”

8. Click on “Cancel” button

9. Select the “Help” tab

10. Click on “Creating a Mailing List”

11. Follow the instructions on the “Help” menu

12. Notice that there is an instruction to user to click on the “Save” button

13. Return to the original email interface

14. Spend some time searching for the “Save” button before finding it.

15. Click on the “Save” button

16. Select “As a New List”
