COALESCE at the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG) Conference
In October 2025, Dr. Mei Lan Fang and Becky White represented the COALESCE Project at the Canadian Association on Gerontology (CAG) Annual Conference in Montreal. They shared insights from COALESCE’s community-engaged research on climate resilience and aging, highlighting how older adults are leading and collaborating in local climate action.
Their poster presentation showcased participatory methods and findings from the project’s first phase - The Participant Led Rapid Realist Review (PLRRR), sparking discussions about intergenerational learning, environmental health, and the role of older adults in shaping sustainable futures.
