COPE Team Participates in SFU’s Resilience of the Aging Brain Event
The Resilience of the Aging Brain event, held on March 14 at Simon Fraser University’s Surrey campus, brought together SFU students, researchers, and community organizations to explore advances in brain health, mental health, dementia, and neurotechnology.
The COPE team observed a focus group session which helped the team gain valuable insights about how to improve their own focus group planning. Moreover, the team took the opportunity to introduce the ongoing projects (DASH and COPE) at the Lifelong Health and Wellbeing Lab to those interested in learning more or participating in future research.
The event provided a platform for the COPE team to foster connections with the community, exchange ideas, and highlight the importance of ongoing research in healthy aging.
