Indigenous Catering Partner
Founded by Chef Theresa Contois of the Bear Clan, Cedar Feast House Catering celebrates Indigenous food heritage through a blend of traditional flavours and contemporary culinary techniques. Guided by the philosophy that “food is medicine,” each meal is designed to nourish body, spirit, and community.

Friendship Catering is an initiative of the Vancouver Aboriginal Friendship Centre Society, offering Indigenous‑owned catering rooted in the Urban Indigenous community of East Vancouver. Their experienced team provides food and hospitality for events of all sizes, celebrating Indigenous flavours and traditions. Every booking also supports essential community food programs and services delivered by VAFCS.
H.A.V.E.

A registered charity since 2007, H.A.V.E (for Hope. Action. Values. Ethics)'s culinary training program empowers disadvantaged individuals from Vancouver's Downtown Eastside and surrounding communities to achieve self-sufficiency through life skills, job training and employment in the food service industry.
The Lazy Gourmet

A Vancouver institution, the Lazy Gourmet is well known for catering excellence. After almost three decades, founder and president Susan Mendelson still feels passionate about delicious and beautiful food and believes that only the finest ingredients should go into anything she creates.
The Lazy Gourmet is the exclusive caterer for Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue, Harbour Centre, the Goldcorp Centre and the Segal Building.

Owl Aboard Charcuterie is an Indigenous-owned business founded by Victoria of Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation and Ahousaht First Nations. Known for transforming charcuterie into edible art, each board blends thoughtful presentation with high-quality ingredients. Inspired by her grandmother’s love of hosting, Victoria’s work celebrates connection, storytelling, and community through food.

Surrounded by nature and tranquility, guests at the Diamond Alumni Centre can savour unique, locally inspired flavors that reflect the region’s culinary heritage.
Tawnshi Charcuterie

Indigenous Catering Partner
Tawnshi Charcuterie, “Tawnshi” meaning hello in Michif, invites guests to experience Indigenous culture through elevated, modern charcuterie. Working with Indigenous chefs and harvesters, Tawnshi features foraged ingredients, specialty meats, bannock, and seasonal accompaniments, with options for a variety of dietary needs. Each board includes a QR code that shares the stories and origins behind the ingredients.
Tayybeh
Campus: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey
Tayybeh--the Arabic word for “kind” and “delicious”-- is a social enterprise and full service caterer that employs and empowers newcomer and refugee women from Syria and other countries. Since 2016, Tayybeh has been bringing award-winning Syrian food to happy customers across the Lower Mainland. Tayybeh has won numerous awards including Western Living’s “Foodies of the Year,” the Georgia Straight’s “Best of Vancouver,” and the City of Vancouver’s “Excellence Award,” the Telus Small Business Award and is the subject of several documentaries.
