For large classes or events with 300-500 participants
Zoom Webinar is best suited for large events or classes where the host and panelists prefer more control over the audience. It allows view-only attendees to minimize interuptions. Attendees can interact via Q&A, chat and polling.

Standard service hours for supported webinars:

|Additional technical rehearsal||$80 per hour|
|Additional dress rehearsal||$80 per hour|
|Additional supported webinar time||$100 per half hour|
|Supported webinars scheduled outside standard service hours||$80 per hour|
Webinar License only, no charge
Clients will have access to a license to run their own webinar event. MECS will provide access to the license, through a link, 2 business days prior to the event date. Client and panelists will be able to practice before the live event.
A la carte services for webinar license only, $20 each

- Closed Captioning
MECS Onsite support only for Zoom Meetings and Webinars
- $40.00 per hour per MECS staff
Minimum 4 business days must be provided for all of the above.
Please note there is a $200.00 Late Fee for each Supported Webinar requested with 3 business days’
notice or less.
