Simon Smiler describes the event:
"Earlier today I went to the model tramway exhibition
in London, and it was a pleasant surprise to see an OO scale layout which in
addition to working trams and a 3-car elevated train painted in London Transport
red (but based on the Parisian Sprague metro trains) there was a trolleybus
circuit with working trolleybuses!!!
Although the vehicles seemed to be based on commercially available white metal
kits much of the overhead was scratchbuilt, except perhaps for a Brawa overhead
wire point / turnout / whatever unit and one ex-Brawa trolleybus.
Attached are a few images - mostly the trolleybuses were stopped at bus stops,
but blurred vehicles (including trams) are moving!"
