Print Manager class: _getFootnoteSpace

Returns the amount of footnote space used in the document

return = objectName._getFootnoteSpace( );

Details

The default additional space for a footnote is 0. Any additional space is added after the footnote is printed. This method will program halt if numberofunits is < 0 or units is not one of the valid units.
