Details

Under OpenVMS, CTRL-F is the default key sequence that executes the HOME command, which toggles between the last cursor position and the home position (usually the command line). This behavior is the same in all windows. You can also define a function key to execute the CURSOR command, which positions the cursor on the command line but has no toggle effect.
