TOOLTIPS <ON | OFF>

no argument: toggles the tool-tip text on and off.
ON: specifies that the tool-tip text is displayed when you move the cursor over an icon in the toolbox.
OFF: specifies that the tool-tip text is not displayed.

Details

The TOOLTIPS command specifies whether the tool-tip text is displayed when you move the cursor over an icon in the toolbox. If you do not specify either ON or OFF, the TOOLTIPS command toggles the text on and off, depending on the current setting.
