#FAIRYTALE is a dream come true
Watch the magic unfold on the Fei & Milton Wong Experimental Theatre stage as Project Limelight mounts its production for #FAIRYTALE.
Project Limelight is presenting this event in partnership with SFU’s Vancity Office of Community Engagement. Project Limelight Society is a nonprofit organization that opens up the world of the performing arts to youth in Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, Strathcona, and Mount Pleasant.
This year’s production features 24 young performers, ages 8 to 15, who have all pulled together to bring #FAIRYTALE to life. It is the story of a young boy, Cinder Fella, who dreams of becoming a Youtube star. He just might be able to do it with the help of his Fairy Godmothers, Youtube stars Princess Charming and Lady Haha.
Written by Meredith Hambrock and directed by Paul Belanger, #FAIRYTALE promises lots of laughs, huge amounts of fun, and a happy ending to boot.
