What Does the INSITE Decision Mean? Monique Pongracic-Speier

On September 29, 2011, the Supreme Court of Canada ruled unanimously to uphold Insite's exemption from the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act, allowing the facility to stay open indefinitely.  What does this decision mean for drug policy not only for BC, but also across Canada? Lawyer Monique Pongracic-Speier spoke about the implications of the decision.
