Poets and The Social Self: Vancouver

March 07, 2013

What does it mean to be included/excluded from a city's history? How might a poet excavate layers of the un/spoken in a geography that is after Empire? What relationships emerge between the self and social space in the context of east/side/west/side?

Wayde Compton, Joanne Arnott, and Michael Turner with Renee Sarojini Saklikar discussed and read from their work.
