I am a big fan of fitness, weightlifting and crossfit. Here are some of my favorite resources and programs:

  1. Kris Gethin's basic weight loss program. Great choice for beginners. It did wonders for me a few years ago.
  2. Hatch squat cycle for stronger legs and heavier squats.
  3. Spencer Arnold's competition WODs.
  4. Aerobic Capacity's weekly workouts for better performance.
