Multi-Effectors

A multi-effector is a processing unit that combines several processing types into the one unit.

There are a number of these types of processors available which combine different combinations of effects with more or less flexibility of routing. Some allow the parallel processing of the input signal while others only allow the chaining of effects in a serial fashion.

Most multi-effectors make use of the standard time-delay and pitch effects:

delay,
chorus,
flanging,
reverberation,
pitch shifting, etc.
