Analysis of TELUS CDPD billing records:

• Showed remarkable inequalities in terms of:

  • user behavior (number of events, data packets, and mobility)
  • user treatment by the network (rejection of registrations, packet loss, and controlled packets).

• Allowed classification of users and cells using MySQL database and clustering analysis tools (k-means algorithm).
