Link layer solution: Snoop
Modification in BS:
- monitors packets in both directions
- cache data packet
- detect dup-ACKs, perform local retransmission between BS-MH
- hide dup-ACK from FH, prevent fast retransmit
SACK on MH is used when traffic is sent from MH to FH
