Every year the PPMABC hosts a symposium focused on a theme in Pest Management.
This year, we are going VIRTUAL, save the date: February 18-19th 2021 (1:00-4:00 pm).
For each symposium, we accept nominations for the lifetime achievement award and welcome students to come and compete in the student oral presentation competition for the chance to win up to $100. We are always looking for speakers, if you think you may have a talk that is well suited to this years' theme, please submit an abstract (150 words or less) to ppmabc@sfu.ca.
The PPMABC is a not for profit registered society run by a board of hard-working volunteers. If you are interested in joining the board or providing sponsorship to the organization, we are open to either! Thanks for being a part of the PPMABC, hope to see you at the next meeting.
