Open forum to discuss the merit of the Pension plan options (DC versus DB) Monday, November 19th, 12:00 - 3:00 PM, room IRMACS theatre (App. Sci. Building)

Colleagues,

Tim Beischlag and I have secured a room on Monday November 19th to host an open forum on the issues that we can then draw from in determining how we will  vote for the type of pension best suited to each of us. The vote, is to stay with the existing pension plan, or move to a defined benefit plan (DB), and specifically the BCCPP.

The purpose of the meeting is to explore as many permutations as possible to ensure we know the facts. 

We invite all of you to attend, even for a few minutes. 

For those of you who we have not met personally, Dr. Tim Beischlag is a faculty member in Health Science, and I (George Agnes) am a faculty member in the Dept. of Chemistry.
