Re: How to get a website developer?

To remove yourself from any mail list:

Go into your Manage Mail lists (under M on the A-Z directory) and choose the option that gives you the list of all the mail lists you are on. Find this one and opt out.

This is an email list that is meant for discussion, so I'm not sure suggesting a separate discussion board makes a lot of sense, in my opinion.

Hello,

May I ask how one opts out of these emails please?  Can I suggest that this be put onto a discussion board rather than an email list?

Many thanks,

Kelley

You might chat with the Pacific Institute for Climate Solutions. Their website has to do all you mention.

Dear colleagues,

I'm in the process of creating a website which involves coordinating academic contributions from multiple institutions, post academic writing for the public, advertise events, etc. Does any of you have experience with such a thing?

In particular, I want to hire a web developer to help with this. Perhaps a graduate student from CS or adjacent departments? Or should I look to the private sector? Again, does anyone have experience with this or can share tips?

Thanks!
Lucas
