Surrey Facilities Services is responsible for the stewardship of lands and buildings that encompass more than 58000 square metres of campus space.

Facilities services encompass a broad range of essential functions dedicated to ensuring the efficient, safe, and comfortable operation of physical spaces on campus. From maintaining buildings and equipment to managing utilities, janitorial, and environmental sustainability initiatives, our goal is to create a secure, hygienic environment for the SFU Surrey community. We achieve this by meticulously planning and delivering services that not only promote sustainability but also bolster the well-being of our campus community.
