Funding opportunities for Canadian graduate students and post-doctoral fellows

The NSERC-funded Research Network on Avian Eeproduction and Environmental Change: integrating ecology and physiology has funding available (up to $1800 per person) to support laboratory exchange visits, and participation in Network workshops and technical meetings. Exchange visits between physiologists and ecologists aimed at the development of collaborative projects or grant proposals will be encouraged.

Applicants must provide (a) a short description of the proposed project (about 250 words) and the aim of the visit; (b) start dates, number of days, estimated travel costs and full contact details for the applicant and host; and (c) a two-page curriculum vitae. Funding is currently available for 2007–08, i.e. for travel up to March 31, 2008.
