Mackenzie Sturn wins Fall 2023 Biological Sciences Merit Award!
Biological Sciences is pleased to award Mackenzie Sturn the Fall 2023 Undergraduate Merit Scholarship!
The Biological Sciences Merit Scholarship is award to the biology major with the highest academic record after the completion of six terms of study.
I am a fourth-year student completing a Biological Sciences major in the Cells, Molecules, and Physiology stream, as well as an Education minor in Learning and Developmental Disabilities. During my undergraduate career, I was fortunate to complete a 12-month SFU co-op with the BC Children’s Hospital BioBank. Through my experience with co-op, I have been inspired to pursue my passions in medicine and healthcare. I am very grateful for this award and my experiences with SFU!
