Introduction

As the population ages effective health care options become more imperative. Viable care options must be in place. For those who are unable to cope living independantly long-term care homes and extended care homes are suitable for their needs. For patients who are still quite active in their daily routines care homes are more practical. These homes allows the patient freedom of community living alongside help with daily tasks. These care homes also have a activities coordinatoor who organizes events and social activities in the home allowing the patient to upkeep a sense of purpose and connectivity.
