Endangered Species in British Columbia
The Grizzly Bear in danger of becoming endangered because of human causes. The graph to the right shows that 10 percent of the grizzly population has become extinct in some areas of B.C. The dark green colour is the indicator. The gray colour shows that 10 percent of the grizzly population is also declining, which means that there are less of us around.

Threats to Species
The threats to species such as the grizzly bear are mainly manmade, or created by human actions. The biggest threat to animals is the urban development, which includes the building of more cities and houses. Another Graph
Grinder and Coola were the first two grizzly bear cubs to use the Grouse Mountain rehabilitation centre. Both of them were orphaned, and the centre took care of them. They are now living in the forests near the Rocky Mountains.
