60 Years of Sustainability

In recognition of SFU's 60th anniversary, we are celebrating our collective sustainability legacy by showcasing the diverse and impactful efforts of the SFU community over six decades. From early initiatives that shaped SFU’s values, culture, and leadership to the landmark environment and climate-related milestones that followed, these actions have helped shape the strong foundation that supports SFU’s sustainability and climate action goals today. This timeline reflects how far we’ve come and looks ahead with excitement to what the next 60 years will bring.
