International Community Engagement

The International Community Engagement (ICE) develops and supports mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations in the global south and corresponding international communities at home, including:

  • international development contracts and projects.
  • international and community-engaged scholarship.
  • international development experiential learning.
  • international community engagement (including international communities at home).

The ICE office develops and deepens relationships with international communities and stakeholders locally and globally by developing its comparative advantage in its five strategic areas: 

entrepreneurship/innovation; health; development and extractive industries; diaspora engagement; and environment.
