Brief Description of your Organization:* *This information will be used in promotional materials for the Fair.
Each exhibitor will be provided with a 6'x3' table, table cloth, two chairs, and a 4'x4' back cork board for a banner or poster display (pins/staplers will be available as needed). Please feel free to bring self-standing displays as well. You are welcome to bring your own laptop and battery pack if you wish to display electronic representations at your table (electrical power will not be available). Note: the IOF is located in a covered outdoor venue with natural lighting and subject to occasional wind. Please bring weights to protect your promotional materials or stand-up displays from movement.
