To book the lab for your class please access our online booking system. Please note that we do not accept bookings sent by e-mail. The LLC begins taking bookings for any given semester the first day of exam period of previous semester.
Once you have made a booking and received a confirmation notice from the LLC, please take the time to review the schedule on the web to ensure your bookings are correct. Furthermore, the LLC Staff is not responsible for checking computer lab availability. If there is a conflict, the monitor making the booking will identify the conflict, and include it in the confirmation notice to the instructor. It is the responsbility of the instructor making the booking to find an alternative booking.
Cancellations
If you plan on missing your booking you must give the LLC at least 24 hour notice of any cancellation. This gives other instructors opportunity to make a last minute booking.
