Exams are a mix of true/false/uncertain questions and detailed problems. My grading scheme values
brief, clear and correct answers to the specific question asked.
You do not need to "show your work" unless I specifically say so,
and I do not generally give partial credit or credit for trying. You will be allowed to
bring one letter-sized sheet of paper into the exam, with whatever you like written
on it. You may write on both sides of this sheet.
