3d Animation

_For this assignment we were required to model a few basic things in maya and put them into a simple scene in an artistic way.

_For my first portfolio assignment I modeled a Beetle and a small environment for it. I am much better with polygons than I am with NURBS so that is what i used primarily. But I also extruded curves to create the antennae and dandelion stem. This allowed me to pose them on the fly much easier.

_I focused on modeling and only applied simple materials so the focus is entirely on the space and objects.
