1. Moderating Public Online Seminars Begins Tomorrow!
.......................................................
Dates: June 10 - 15
Moderator: Sylvia Currie and Frances Long
This seminar is sponsored by:
Webbed Feat <http://webbedfeat.com> and
Knowplace <http://knowplace.ca>

This one-week seminar will mark the launch of several short sessions where
we will address the issues and explore best practices for moderating public
online seminars.

* How is moderating a public seminar different from moderating a private
seminar?
* What have we learned about successful moderating?
* What motivates GEN members to volunteer their time to moderate seminars?
* What advice do past GEN moderators have for future GEN moderators?

We invite all past GEN moderators to share their experiences, all members
thinking about moderating to ask their questions, and anyone who is simply
curious about moderating, to join us!
