Often the higher the efficiency of your replacement appliance, the greater the value of the incentive program. For instance if you are thinking of installing a gas furnace that has a 95% AFU or better you may receive up to $3,480 through a combination of these programs.

Similarly if you are replacing your hot water heater with a gas water heater with an energy factor of .90 or better you may receive up to $1,670.
