Update: Canvas Cloud Access Restored

(May 19, 2026)

Access to Canvas Cloud is now restored for all users. If you have difficulty logging in, or notice anything unusual about your account in Canvas, please submit a ticket on ServiceHub. 

Instructors: contact Centre for Educational Excellence for support transitioning back to Canvas.

Students: please check your SFU email for instructions in case your instructor has delayed student access to your course materials as they transition teaching and learning activities back to Canvas. 

Stay aware and alert for phishing scams

Phishing attempts are known to increase after cybersecurity incidents. Please stay vigilant for phishing attempts and avoid clicking on suspicious links. See tips on how to spot phishing attempts on the SFU IT website.
