Weekly Online or in Person Counselling

We offer a combination of in-person and telehealth counselling services. Both services are contingent upon availability and public health mandates.

Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays from September through to April, with a four week winter break

Once you have a scheduled time, this remains your weekly session time for the duration of your services at the centre for the semester.

Before Scheduling Your Initial Appointment

We will arrange a time to talk with you on the telephone about your counselling needs so that we can ensure our services are a good fit. If our services do not match your needs we will assist you in finding other mental health resources.
