Ignacio Galiano Zurbriggen, Ph.D., P.Eng.

Principal Investigator

Dr. Ignacio Galiano Zurbriggen is an Assistant Professor at the SEE School of Simon Fraser University and an Adjunct Professor with the ESE Department of the University of Calgary. His research interests include the study of power electronic converters as technology-enabling building blocks for sustainable energy and transportation applications. His experience includes industrial R&D work developing advanced power conversion and digital control systems with Tesla, Alpha-Enersys, and Computrol. Dr. Galiano Zurbriggen is an Associate Editor for the IEEE Open Journal of Power Electronics and a reviewer for several IEEE journals and conferences.
