VABF is an annual festival of artists' publishing featuring over one hundred local, national and international publishers, alongside a range of programs, performances and artists' projects. SFU Gallery has been publishing books and brochures related to its activity since the 1970s. In recent years SFU Galleries launched a Critical Reader Series. This discursive forum encourages critical writing and projects that run parallel to exhibition programming at SFU Galleries.
