SFU COMMUNITY MEMBERS WHO PERFORM RESEARCH OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITY AT A HEALTH-CARE OR FEDERAL GOVERNMENT SITE ARE SUBJECT TO THE PUBLIC HEALTH ORDERS FOR MANDATORY VACCINATION AT THOSE SITES

Following an Oct. 21st order from the Provincial Health Officer, two-dose vaccination is now mandatory for SFU staff, faculty and students working in health-care facilities, such as SFU’s ImageTech. In addition, as of Nov. 15th all SFU employees will require mandatory vaccination to access any federal government workspace.

If these orders affect you, please contact ors@sfu.ca and provide the names and details. Proof of vaccination, or exemption, must be provided through the SFU Vaccine Declaration System, prior to accessing the sites.
