Exposure of personally identifiable information

SFU is notifying its community of a cyberattack on an SFU server resulting in the exposure of personally identifiable information. The personal information varies for each individual however data exposed does not include information such as banking details, Social Insurance Numbers (SIN) or passwords. The university is directly notifying all impacted individuals who have a current email address on file.

Call for Submissions: The Lyre's 12 Edition

The Lyre, the World Languages and Literature magazine, is holding an open call for submissions for the magazine's 12th edition. The theme, New Normal, encourages responses that answer how life has changed this past year and tackles themes of isolation, community, reflection, perseverance, tenderness and connection. Early bird deadline is February 28 and final submission deadline is March 21.
