July 15 | Hosted by SFU Human Resources |
LEADING IN TIMES OF TRANSITION |
With the return to on campus work spaces, or a hybrid of virtual and onsite environments, we are facing more novel challenges, more unknowns and more demands on our leadership in this shifting work environment.
This session is designed to provide you with tools, insights and frameworks for helping you to feel more grounded, oriented and confident in leading your team (and yourself!) through the coming months. You’ll have a chance to connect with peers on some of the challenges you are facing, reflect on some of the learnings and skills you’ve acquired this past year and prepare for the months to come. All levels of leaders are welcome.
