B.C. BOOKING FIRST DOSES FOR ALL RESIDENTS 18 AND OLDER

Based on public health guidance, B.C.'s universities are preparing for a return to in-person education for the fall 2021 term. Vaccination is an important tool to limit the spread of COVID-19 and allow people to return safely. SFU encourages all faculty, staff and students to register for the vaccine. First dose invitations are now in progress and you will also be notified when it’s time for your second dose.

SUPPORTING INDIA'S COVID-19 RELIEF EFFORTS

While cases of COVID-19 are beginning to drop in B.C., this is not the case around the world. There are many members of the SFU community currently in India and other countries that are still severely impacted by the pandemic, and many members of our community who have personal connections to these countries.

If you are personally affected by the COVID-19 situation in India or elsewhere in the world, please take care during this difficult time and reach out for support if you need it. If you are looking for a way to help bolster COVID-19 relief efforts in India, we’ve put together a list of organizations you can consider supporting.

The Honourable Jody Wilson-Raybould, P.C., Q.C., M.P. (Puglaas), will answer these questions while sharing insights from her unique experience as an Indigenous and Canadian politician and leader.
