Transform the SFU Experience
Extended technology support during final exam period
November 27, 2025
To ensure a smooth exam season, IT Services is extending support hours during the Fall 2025 exam period (Dec. 4–16) at the Burnaby and Surrey campuses. Support will be available from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.
To access support you can:
- make a call via the classroom or lecture hall phone (located on the podium or wall of each classroom)
- go in-person to Burnaby: SCP 9300 or Surrey: SRY-C, Room 353
- submit a help ticket through the ServiceHub (servicehub.sfu.ca) portal.
